Regular Meads
Sweet Mead
Sweet Mead is fermented to be flavorsome and sweet, and perfectly retains a strong honey character with a delectably balanced feel and flavor. This choice mead is best served chilled or over ice as an after meal treat or accompanied by a favorite dessert with friends. For a rich and savory seasonal or relaxing treat, Sweet Mead can also be warmed with cinnamon, clove, allspice and orange peel to create a flavorsome mulled mead.

Lhug Sereg
Lhug Sereg is a Metheglin-Melomel, a spiced mead flavored lightly with fruit. For this mead, we chose to use pears and kiwi along with a select variety of spices and hot peppers. Lhug Sereg is fermented dry and back sweetened with only a cup of honey for every 5 gallons of mead to bring all the flavors into balance. This mead has a beautiful golden-yellow color and a strong, well balanced flavor. The name is Elven and translates as Dragons Blood. If you are afraid this may be to hot for you, don't worry, the spices are nice and warm, not overwhelming but just right.

Huckleberry Sweet
Huckleberry Sweet is a Melomel, a type of mead fermented with fruit. With Huckleberry Sweet, we use fresh huckleberries both crushed and whole. This mead has a striking red color and a strong, well balanced huckleberry flavor that accents the mead's honey notes very well.

Huckleberry Dry
Huckleberry Dry is a Melomel, a type of mead fermented with fruit, with our Huckleberry Dry, we use fresh huckleberries both crushed and whole. This mead has a beautiful reddish-blush color and is fermented dry.
Scryhein
Scryhein is a medium sweet Pumpkin Habanero Mead fermented with pumpkin spices, black pepper and habanero. Coming out soon just in time for the holidays!
